Waehrend Anthony unsere neuen Gaeste, Klaus (war 2005 schon mal hier), seine Nichte Claudia und die Schweizer Hannes und Heini, einwies, wollte Silke Bodenarbeit mit Cody machen ... Also brachen Gisela, Sabine und ich allein auf auf einen wunderschoenen Ritt durch majestaetische Landschaft.While Anthony introduced our new guests - Klaus (was here in 2005), his niece Claudia, and the Swiss Hannes and Heini - to the program, Silke prefered to do ground work with Cody ... So Gisela, Sabine and I took off for a beautiful ride across majestic nature.

Diese Woche fand auch die groesste Motorrad-Rally der Welt statt, die Sturgis-Rally, bei der hauptsaechlich Harley Davidson-Fahrer teilnehmen. Auf der Ranch merken wir nichts davon, aber die Strassen waren voll.
This week the world's biggest motorcycle rally took place, the Sturgis rally with mostly Harley Davidson riders. On the ranch one did not notice anything but the roads were full.
Heute Nachmittag waren alle unterwegs, zu Pferde natuerlich, um Zaeune abzubauen. Mal sehen, wie es ihnen ergangen ist ...
This afternoon everyone was out, on horseback, to take down fence. Have to see how they have been doing ...
