Am Montag sind Nick und ich auf Bitte von Andys Vater nach New Mexico geflogen. Michael will in der Naehe von Santa Fe zu Investitions-zwecken Land kaufen. Nick soll ihm bei der Auswahl helfen. Andy's father, Michael, had asked Nick to help him evaluate the land he wants to buy for investment purposes near Santa Fe. Dieser Teil New Mexicos ist eine Halbwueste mit vielen Kakteenarten, Wacholder- und Dornenbueschen - eine voellig andere Landschaft als der Nordosten Wyomings. Unterbrochen haben wir unsere Besichtigungstour mit leckerem mexikanischen Essen - hoffentlich passe ich am Donnerstag noch in den Flugzeugsitz ;-)
This part of New Mexico is a half-desert with many cactus species, juniper and thorn bushes - a totally different landscape from the one in Northeastern Wyoming. We interrupted our tour for rich Mexican food - hopefully I can fit into the plane seat on Thursday ;-)
