Ropen am Lebendobjekt / Roping a life object

Gestern durften sich unsere Gaeste beim Ropen am Lebendobjekt ueben. Esel Cisco - von Anthony am Lasso gehalten - nahm alles in stoischer Ruhe hin und wurde spaeter mit einer Ration Hafer belohnt ... Auf dem ersten Foto seht Ihr Peter (auf Bo), der versucht, Cisco zu heelen, d.h. seine Hinterbeine zu ropen. Das zweite Foto zeigt alle Gaeste und Andy mit dem Rope bereit fuer die Arbeit. Darunter Cowboy Emmett, der noch Zielwasser trinken muss, waehrend Mama Brandy versucht, dem Gras Herr zu werden.

Yesterday our guests practiced roping a life object. Donkey Cisco - held by Anthony with a rope - did not mind too much and was later rewarded with oats ... On the first photo you can see Peter (on Bo) who is trying to heel Cisco, which means he is trying to catch his hind legs. The second picture shows all our guests and Andy with the ropes ready to work. Below cowboy Emmett who still needs to hone his skills before tackling the donkey while mum Brandy trys to catch up with the high grass.

Heute sind alle (inkl. Pferde) in South Dakota, um Brandon beim Treiben von Rindern zu helfen. Mehr dazu morgen.
